Fashion Forward (FFWD) Season Six will take place from October 22-25 at Madinat Jumeirah and Dubai Design District in Dubai.
The semi-annual fashion event is a platform for regional couture and ready-to-wear designers to showcase their seasonal collections. It consists of catwalk shows, designer presentations, fashion talks, and networking events.
Founder and CEO of FFWD, Bong Guerrero, said “Each season we strive to improve the platform to ensure we are providing the best possible environment to develop our designers and create a professional and sustainable event which is truly representative of our region.”
FFWD is considered the UAE’s most significant fashion occurrence and is backed by the Dubai Design District (d3).
“Fashion Forward (FFWD) is the definitive fashion platform for Dubai and the Middle East – which provides a platform and a progressive direction for fashion in the region,” stated its official website. The industry-focused occurrence is held bi-annually in April and October. Last season’s designers featured Furne One, Ezra, Hussein Bazaza, and Jean Louis Sabaji.
