Automated cutter that cuts up to 7.2 cm (2.8 in) of compressed material for transportation interiors and apparel. SAILENT FEATURES: AchievePrecisely Cut Parts The system is designed with up to six separate vacuum zones to hold material firmly in place during cutting for optimum cut part quality. Sophisticated sensing techniques control cutting speed and enable users to nest parts more tightly to achieve maximum material utilization. Choose Your Configuration The GT Series of cutters is available in widths of 2.0 and 2.4 meters (79 and 95 inches). Standard table length is 442 cm (174 in) but a long table (633 cm. / 249 in) is also available for certain applications. The cutter supports multiple options including single or dual drills, a barcode reader and a bristle cleaning system. Track Critical Production Statistics The cutter information database automatically tracks and collects cut part throughput data so managers have visibility into cutting room productivity.
