The GERBERspreader™ XLs is an affordable automated spreading solution that assures material rolls weighing up to 125 kgs (276 lbs.) are spread without tension and edges are aligned perfectly.

Optimizes material utilization:

Accurately aligns fabric edges so users can nest parts closer to the beginning, end and edges of the spread, eliminating end loss and optimizing material utilization.

Flexible:

The GERBERspreader XLs system spreads woven or knit materials from either rolls or flat folded packs. Optional end catcher device accommodates face up one way or face-to-face (zigzag) spreading.

Easy to use:

The fabric roll cradle feed system tilts automatically for easy material loading and unloading. The GERBERspreader XLs system features a simplified icon-driven user interface that is easy to operate.

GERBERcutter® Z7 Rich High-Ply Cutting System

Gerber Z7 Cutter

Cuts up to 7.2 cm. (2.8 inches) of compressed material for many applications.

The GERBERcutter® Z7 is a feature-rich high-ply cutting system that combines precision with speed to cut the most demanding materials to the tightest of tolerances.

The Z7 cutting system contains a unique chaff collection system that removes drill plugs via a vacuum tube, preventing them from embedding in the bristle surface. This extends bristle life, reduces cleanup and ensures accurately cut parts time after time.

Precision:

Sophisticated software algorithms anticipate and avoid knife deflection during the cutting process. This ensures parts, including circles and notches, are cut precisely from the top to the bottom ply.

Productivity:

GERBERcutter Z7 is designed to cut intricate shapes, multiple hole sizes and notches precisely without interruption at high speed.
